They are the worst can't get my pet in a timely fashion and want me to pay 600+ per pet to cancel so I can take them where I have better service
Great hospital, garbage app. Crashes all the time and it's impossible to set up a dental appointment as there's no option for it. All it's really good for is finding nearby locations and what their numbers are, but I can also use Google for that. Fix it.

I'm glad someone else mentioned it but I don't know why the ability was taken away to pay multiple pets at the same time. Before it took seconds to pay & now you have to make multiple payments, it's become less user friendly. And what's going on with the loss of veterinarians & appointment availability? I literally have to search a dozen locations & all are booked weeks out. My usual doctors of years have all gone. I hope the company is treating their staff well. The turnover worries me.

Want to be able to make an appointment specifically for dental exam and teeth cleaning. Otherwise the appointment feature for scheduling a comprehensive exam and finding location worked very well.
